The Grand 1401 is a beautifully restored events venue located in the heart of downtown Fresno, CA.
Cedar View Winery
Cedar View Winery is a boutique winery producing wines that have earned local, regional and international awards. Cedar View Winery and its tasting room are located 6 miles east of downtown Sanger just outside the foothills to the local national parks.
A tasting room is open weekends 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mid-week by appointment. The winery is available for private dinners, parties, and receptions.
Lakeshore Resort
The Lakeshore Resort Lodge Hall was built in 1926 and is one of the last remaining wood structures of its kind in California. The Lodge is classic and simply beautiful. It was structurally repaired in 2011/2012, repainted and updated. The entire floor is hard wood oak, perfect for dancing. The stage with lighting allows for a beautiful wedding backdrop or the perfect place for a band or DJ. The sunroom offers a built in oak and brass buffet. Maréchal Vineyards' venue and hospitality are an extension of our premier wines and commitment to quality. The property offers a casual but sophisticated venue and it is our pleasure to assist in coordinating the myriad of details associated with an event. Maréchal Vineyards are available to host private and corporate events year round. Maréchal Vineyards facility accommodates an indoor event for 50 to 75 people dependent on seating. Maréchal Vineyards encourage you to call upon us to design your special occasions with friends, family, and business colleagues at the Maréchal Vineyards winery.
The Bankers Ballroom
The Pacific Southwest Building is a 16-story, 67m high-rise completed in 1925 in downtown Fresno, California. With the tower's spire rising to 315ft which makes it the tallest building between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Original construction took eighteen months and cost US$1.2 million for the headquarters for the Fidelity Branch of the Pacific-Southwest Trust and Savings Bank. Originally, a beacon on top of the tower served as a frost warning to farmers within a 30-mile radius.
